With the included pasta roller, you easily create dough sheets up to 140 mm wide. With the 8 different settings, you determine the thickness of the sheets yourself. When you roll out dough by hand, it is difficult to get an even thickness of your pasta dough. Luckily, there is the pasta roller! Attach the pasta roller to your food processor and you’re good to go. Flattening each piece of dough manually, you can feed it through the pasta roller (dust each time with flour to avoid sticking). Start with the thickest of the eight settings and fold the dough in half each time until you get the desired thickness. The pasta roller is made of stainless steel, making it a durable addition to your kitchen even when used intensively.
